Withdraw from purchase
EU customers can use this page to start a withdrawal request for an eligible online order. You will be asked to identify the order and confirm the request before it is submitted.
Sign in to Shopify customer accounts
Use the email address from the order so Shopify can find your purchases.
Open the order
Choose the order you want to cancel or return from the Shopify-hosted account area.
Confirm the request
Follow the Shopify prompts to submit the cancellation or return request. Shopify sends the confirmation email after submission.
