It is important for us to provide a worry-free shopping experience for our valued customers. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return period (from date of delivery) on all garments. We ask that you please respect our return policy by not returning laundered, worn, or soiled merchandise.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. Custom orders are non-returnable.

If the total value of returned merchandise is over $400, a $10 restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund amount. Does not apply to exchanges.

Damaged
Soiled
Covered in pet hair
Clearly worn beyond trying on
Laundered
Missing hang tags
Outside of the 30 day return time frame
Clearance, final sale items
Custom ordered items

Original Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.

Custom Orders

For obvious reasons, custom orders are non-returnable unless garments are flawed and/or not made according to the measurements you provided.

In such cases, we will gladly remake your order.

Custom orders may not be canceled or refunded 24 hours after order placement.

International Orders and Self-Paid Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international order.
